Requirements
1. Eligibility:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
No criminal record.
Pass a due diligence check.
Good health condition.
2. Investment Options National Transformation Fund (NTF) Contribution:
- Saint Lucia National Economic Fund (NEF) Contribution:
- Single Applicant: Minimum contribution of $100,000 USD.
- Family of up to four members: Minimum contribution of $140,000 USD, Additional fees for each extra dependent.
- Real Estate Investment:
- Minimum Investment: $300,000 USD in a government-approved real estate project, held for at least 5 years.
- Additional due diligence and government processing fees apply.
- Government Bonds:
- Minimum Investment: $500,000 USD in government bonds, held for 5 years.
- Additional fees for due diligence and processing.
- Business Investment:
- Minimum Investment: $3,000,000 USD in an approved business project.
- Additional fees for due diligence and processing.
3. Dependents:
- Spouse, children under 30, and parents or grandparents over 55 can be included in the application.

Due Diligence Fee:
